One of the earlier exclusive private money lending companies established in California, Robert Hardy began private money lending in 2001 and a short time later brought in Ronald (Ron) Kurocik as a partner with the first office located in Newport Beach California.

We have over two decades of private money lending with a history spanning real estate up markets, stable markets and down markets.  

We follow the same core principles of conservative decision making, protective of our clients, investors, borrowers and referral sources, that started the Company and benefited us through the years.
